Let’s Play FreckleBall!

Peg-Out!

Peg-Out! is a fun dodge-FreckleBall game for all ages to play in the backyard, on the beach, or anywhere!

The Basics

Throwing team stays outside the boundary and tries to hit the catchers with the FreckleBall

Catching team stays inside of the boundary and tries to catch the FreckleBall or avoid being hit

When all catchers are “out” switch sides and repeat

Peg-Out! Gameplay

  1. Can play with as few as three players, or as many as space allows
  2. Seperate boundary lines by approximately 5-10 yards
  3. Decide which team will be catching first
  4. Catching team must stay inside of the boundary or the player is out!
  5. Throwing team must stay outside of the boundary or the throw does not count
  6. Throwers must hit catchers below chest level to get them out. If the ball strikes above the chest, the throwers automatically lose the game
  7. If catchers can catch the ball on the fly, they gain a “life” for themselves or a teammate. If catchers bank three lives, they win and switch sides
  8. If all of the catchers are put out, the throwers win and switch sides.

Warning! For safety, we recommend underhand throws.
